Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-11-05
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Lenzie, a web application for independent professionals and small businesses to manage requests, clients, quotes, contracts, payments, schedule and tasks. The service is intended for professional use, not for consumers.
2. Invitation and account
An account can be created directly on the site (free plan) or by invitation. Paid plans are paid in advance by transfer; if they end without renewal, the account moves to the free plan and the data is kept. Users must provide truthful information, keep their password safe and are responsible for activity on their account and for the users they add.
3. Price and payment
Current prices are shown on the website (currently €6 per month, or €60 per year, and €3 per month per extra user, plus VAT where applicable). Payment is made through a payment link provided by Lenzie. The account is active for the period paid; after that, access may be suspended, and the data stays available for export for a reasonable time.
4. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use Lenzie for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to infringe third-party rights, to try to access accounts or systems that are not yours, to overload the service or to bypass security measures.
5. User data
The data entered remains the user’s, who can export it as JSON or CSV at any time. The user grants Lenzie only the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. The Privacy Policy applies.
6. Data about the user’s clients
The user is the controller of the personal data of their clients recorded in Lenzie, including health data where applicable, and must comply with the GDPR and the rules of their profession (information, legal basis, confidentiality, retention). Lenzie processes this data as processor, only to provide the service.
7. Templates and content
Message, contract, quote and report templates are generic starting points. They must be adapted to the user’s activity and country and, where necessary, checked by a lawyer. Lenzie does not provide legal, tax, accounting or clinical advice.
8. Availability and liability
Lenzie works to keep the service available and secure but provides it “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months before the event, with no liability for loss of profit or indirect damage. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Cancellation and suspension
The account can be cancelled at any time by writing to [email protected]. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or closed, with notice where possible.
10. Changes, law and disputes
These terms may be changed with reasonable prior notice. Portuguese law applies and the courts of the district of Sintra have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Consumers may use an alternative dispute resolution body and the Portuguese electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt). Contact: [email protected].
