Yes. You can import JSON or CSV files in Settings, merging only new records or replacing everything. You can also import requests from the text of an email.
Yes. Lenzie keeps automatic copies and lets you export everything as JSON or CSV whenever you like.
The templates are generic starting points. Adapt them to your trade and country and, where needed, get legal advice. Lenzie is not a substitute for a lawyer. Lenzie’s digital signature is a simple electronic signature, recording date, time and name; for a qualified signature you can keep using a certified service.
No. Lenzie manages quotes, payment plans and what is still owed, and stores the number of the invoice you issued in your invoicing software. It does not replace certified invoicing software.
Yes. The Team plan (25 € per month, or 20 € billed yearly) allows up to 5 users, each with their own login to the same data. You invite and remove colleagues inside the app.
Access is by password over a secure connection (https), with a lock after failed attempts. Data is stored in the service’s database and you can export it whenever you like.
Yes. There are areas for speech therapy, psychology, physiotherapy, massage and other therapies: schedule series of sessions, mark each one as completed, no-show or cancelled, keep progress notes and create reports to print or save as PDF.
